2.Features:
1. The machine is wax-cylinder free. It can take place of cylinder-free wax pressing machines if combined with cylinder-changeable wax transmitting machines.
2.Fixing and filling works are exempted.
3. The casting progress is eased. Wax is directly brought into wax transmitting machine from the barrel, so that it’s needless to put wax into incubator and wait for 24 hours. It is equipment-conservating, labor-saving, and space-economizing. And In three-layer wax tube cooler, hot kerosene is used in Heating and cooling. And dual digital temperature control technology make it possible for the temperature of the liquid wax to go down from 85℃ to 55℃. Heating and cooling of wax becomes more quick, easy to control and reliable. The error can be limited to ±0.5℃, and the Shrinkage is less than 0.5%.
4. Oil hydraulic system is used to make the hydraulic system and the electrical system work stable and reliable with low noise.
