2.Features:
1. Automatic mold opening-and-closing system replaces the “One person, one machine” mode, thereby improving working efficiency with lower cost.
2.Wax cylinder-free method is taken to ease the casting progress. Wax is directly brought into wax transmitting machine from the barrel, so that it’s needless to put wax into incubator and wait for 24 hours. It is equipment-conservating, labor-saving, and space-economizing.
3. In three-layer wax tube cooler, hot kerosene is used in Heating and cooling. And dual digital temperature control technology make it possible for the temperature of the liquid wax to go down from 85℃ to 55℃. Heating and cooling of wax becomes more quick, easy to control and reliable. The error can be limited to ±0.5℃, and the Shrinkage is less than 0.5%.
4.The height and weight of the nozzle is automatically adjustable.
