2.Features:
1. The heating elements of the equipment are made from silicon carbide sticks, so that it is chemical stable resistant to acid, and sudden heat or coldness, besides, it is hardly deformed. What’s more, new refractory, special structure of the door and body of the kettle, SCR (Silicon-Controlled Rectifier) and Intelligent Temperature Controller are used in the equipment. It is available in shell treatment , heat treatment of common metal parts in the air, and dehydration of other objects.
2. It heats quickly. From the second furnace, it takes only 20 minutes for the temperature to go up to 1100℃.
3. The heating device--Silicon carbide Stick, is embedded in the bottom and two sides of the working space. The terminals of Silicon carbide Stick are outside the kettle, and the temperature of the kettle is set by SCR and power regulator. Thus it is easy maintenance.
4. The door of the kettle is manually controlled, and the power supply will be automatically cut off when the door is open. So it is safe.
5. The electric control cabinet is added with meters to record temperature, power, current, and voltage. The temperature is controlled by Intelligent Temperature Controller, and the temperature of working space is adjustable to settled temperature or to maintain constant through SCR.
