2.Features:
1. The machine uses coal as raw material, and produces purity and pollution-free Combustible Gas through chemical reactions under proper conditions.
2. Basing on the advantages of large coal gas generators from in and out of China, taking the characteristics of Roasters and the situation of raw coal in China, we designed the Energy-saving coal gas generator that is simple in structure, safe, easy to operate, and is widely adaptable to different coal.
3. It is combined together with roaster to make it both Smoke-free and dust-free, and avoid the disadvantages of electric furnace and oil furnace. Thus, the shell are baked more balanced, and the quality of castings are improved at lower cost. What’ more, the rhythm production is adjustable .
4. The successful combination of casings and water sealing ensures the uniformity of coal keep the casings airtight.
5.The grate structure is used together with the water cycle to solve the problem partial burning , and to protect the grate from becoming deformed in high temperature.
6.To reduce the costs of customers, we are glad to take the responsibility of the transformation of the old roasters, while price is negotiable. |
