2.Features:
1. The oil of the equipment is supplied by High-speed thermostat fuel oil nozzle, and the bottom of the furnace is designed flue returning. Negative micro-pressure recycling unit is set to keep heat from losing, and temperature stable. What’s more, it heats up more quick and work more efficient—is saves 20 ~ 30% of energy compared to the same type of nozzle. The temperature is automatically controlled.
2. The shell of the kettle is made of steel. While the wall of the kettle is made of aluminium contained firebrick, while quality aluminnium contained rock wool is selected to be insulation. And the door of the kettle is specially treated so that it keeps in its shape and insulates well.
3. The equipment is designed in dual-chamber structure, and the two of the furnaces can either work together or separately (the latter is better).
4. The amount of Fuel, air volume and air pressure are all adjustable, and temperature is controlled by Platinum-rhodium alloy thermocouple and digital display regulator, so that the temperature is kept accurately. Pumps and fans are turned on or off according to the temperature of the furnace, keeping the temperature of inner furnace stable.
5.Dual-distribution box with separate electrical system allows the two furnaces working independently at the same time.
