2.Features:
1. The two tables can either work together or work separately. And the hydraulic system is relatively independent. Thus both double-Pump mode and 2-pump mode are available.
2. The liquid wax transmitting system and the wax-transmitting temperature controlling system are relatively independent, and the base of the wax barrel is cylinder-exchangeable type. Thus the nozzle is able to be lift up and down freely, and is retractable.
3. The designing principles and parts producing principles of the hydraulic system follow British standard, so that the machine is impermeable and constant in pressure.
4. The working progress is controlled by adjustable time-dominating system, making the machine run stably and finish in one-time.
5.The temperature of the wax is easily and exactly controlled, insuring the molds’ accuracy.
6.The works’table is only 80cm in height, making it more comfortable for workers to operate.
7.Oil System is added with Coolers to keep the oil in proper temperature. Thus, patterns will keep in their shape even during long-last working, thereby improving the work efficiency and the castings’quality. |
