2.Features:
1. PLC intelligent system is used to improve working efficiency and the accuracy of wax mold.
2.Wax cylinder-free method is taken to ease the casting progress. Wax is directly brought into wax transmitting machine from the barrel, so that it’s needless to put wax into incubator and wait for 24 hours. It is equipment-conservating, labor-saving, and space-economizing.
3.In three-layer wax tube cooler, hot kerosene is used in Heating and cooling. And dual digital temperature control technology make it possible for the temperature of the liquid wax to go down from 85℃ to 55℃. Heating and cooling of wax becomes more quick, easy to control and reliable. The error can be limited to ±0.5℃, and the Shrinkage is less than 0.5%.
4.The nozzle is adjustable to mold in 6 directions.
5. The jet pressure and flow are separately controlled to make it possible for the secondary intelligent booster, thereby preventing the wax mold from contracting, and insuring the quality of the wax.
