2.Features:
1. PLC intelligent system is used to improve working efficiency and the accuracy of wax mold.
2.Mold clamping force, max transmitting pressure and flow are all adjustable to meet the requirement of different kind of products.
3.Template thermostat makes the flow patterns of molds over 10kg under control. Thus, the surface of the mold is of high quality, and the size can be easily controlled.
4.Secondary high pressure prevents large molds from caving. Transmit wax by low pressure firstly to fill the pattern, and then turn to high pressure to make the surface of the mold come into contact completely with the surface of pattern, so that the mold is solid and the shrinkage under control.
