2.Features:
1. The equipment is a successful combination of electric-heating steam boiler, Dewaxing kettle, and gasholder. It helps to reduce the total area of the equipment, save energy resources, and improve working environment.
2. The kettle is a double-liner pressure vessel. The temperate of the inner surface of the kettle keeps at over 150℃, while the outside liner is in high temperature and high pressure, reducing the amount of distilled water, and thereby keep the water content of the liquid wax at a very degree.
3. The door of the kettle is easy to open, and safety interlock (that is, the door of the kettle can not be open before the exhaust valve opens) is added to make the equipment time-saving and reliable.
4. The systems of automatic water replenishment, electrical control automation, and automatic temperature control ensure the safety in producing.
5.It takes 2 to 3 seconds to raise the pressure from 0 Mpa to 0.7Mpa, ensuring that the shell does not crack. |
