2.Features:
1. PID automatic Instrumentation is used to accurately control the temperature, and to meet the requirement of the Technology Parameters.
2.The nozzle is adjustable to shorten the time of changing patterns.
3. Circulating oil heating Wax Pipeline is used to make the temperature of the wax balanced.
The mold clamping force and flow are separated controlled to prevent the mold from shrinking and keep the wax in high quality.
4.Template thermostat makes the flow patterns of molds over 10kg under control. Thus, the surface of the mold is of high quality, and the size can be easily controlled.
5.In three-layer wax tube cooler, hot kerosene is used in Heating and cooling. And dual digital temperature control technology makes heating and cooling of wax quicker, and thereby to assure the quality of wax. |
